Asphalt shingles are vulnerable to moisture and can become deformed, especially along the edges. Examples of deformed edges include Curling,
Cupping and Clawing, which left unrepaired can lead to serious damage to your roof and property.

Damaged or missing shingles can lead to costly damages to your property due to leaks from your roof. Because the southern face of your property is exposed to the sun, the shingles on the south side are usually the first to deteriorate and become susceptible to weather damage.

Spring has Arrived!

Colorado is entering into hail season which is typically from mid-April through mid-August. Now is the prime opportunity to have your roofs and gutters inspected. Since 2008 Colorado has seen six of the top 10 most costly hailstorms hit the Denver Metro and Front Range areas which caused nearly $2 billion in damages.* 
 

There are typically three to four catastrophic hailstorms each year that cause more than $25 million in damages throughout the nation. Colorado sits in the heart of the Hail Alley area.*

Gutter and Roof Repair

       and screws over the enitre roof.

        unused materials left by other
       contractors.  The loose debris can
       fall into the gutter sytem and cause
       a blockage.  The top photo is a
       good example to have a clean roof.
